His professionalism, his knowledge in anything that you asked him. Rather electricity, plumbing, roofing etc they have experience in it.. hired him last month to tear down my closet and replace the water pipe and it turned out that the plumbing issue was even worse.. but they handled it in 3 days. It doesn't even look like there was ever a closet in my living room.. it looks like there was never an open ceiling cuz of plumbing issues.. I recommend Manny to anybody
